Normal Adult Female Range: 0 - 45 Normal Adult Male Range: 0 - 65 So 46 is perfectly fine. You are active as you say, smoking and drinking, okay, bu t you say you stay active. You SHOULD NOT LOWER your GGT... Did someone tell you it should be lower?? NORMAL range is 45...So you want to lower it 1 point?
