What Does A TSH Level Of 10.7 When On Levothyroxine 175mcg Suggest?

I ve been taking Levothyroxine 175mcg. and had my TSH level tested and results today were 10.7. Should I increase or decrease Levothyroxine? I ve been having palpitations and chest pain, and have a week until MD appointment, I feel like I ll have a heart attack within the week...seriously

HI,
I understand your concern.
Normal TSH level ranges from .5 to 4.5-5 .
You are taking 175 mcg levothyroxine.. & still the TSH is higher than normal. This indicates need for increasing thyroid dose.
Ideally the dose should be adjusted under expert endocrinologist's guidance.
