Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This indicates so called Peyronie's disease. Eyronie's disease causes a significant bend or pain in some men. This can prevent you from having sex or might make it difficult to get or maintain an erection. If your symptoms are severe or are worsening over time, your doctor might recommend medication or surgery.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
