What Does A Black Mark On The Penis Head Suggest?

Hi there, I am having black marks on penis head, especially around pee hole . The penis head in whole looks dried up too. This black marks have been spreading veryslowly. It doesn t itch. I was wondering about the chances of a tinea infection?thank you

I really appreciate your concern, nonspecific lesion is very likely still it need to be kept under observation, till then "Terbinafine cream" can be tried and if the lesion spreads rapidly then it need to be clinically examined biopsy may needed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
