What Does A Blister On The Calf Indicate?

on my calf toward the inside of my leg, i noticed a small spot that looked as if i had burned myself. i rubbed my finger over it and skin sloughed off. a month later it heal but the i could feel fluid between skin and flesh. popped it and clear fluid came out. Normally something similar would heal over but in this case it will not heal as it has in the past.
