Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
White blister at the v intersection of my foreskin to the penis head, it is not painful and not itchy nor discharge, nor pain when urinating, nothing just a white tiny cauliflower type blister, another one appeared on shaft under foreskin today what could it be?
See, the way you are describing your ulcer, it does look like a tumor for me.
Since there is no pain, redness or anything, then that suggests it is not infective, if not infective, then it could be benign or a malignant tumor.
So, kindly get a biopsy done. They can do excision biopsy meaning they will remove the wart and then send to histopathology and they will get to know what it was.
If it is a benign tumor, then nothing to worry. If it is malignant, then we do investigate.
If you had any other malignancy before in any other part or any other lymph nodes involved, that time you need to get chemotherapy and radiotherapy done. So just do not neglect it and get it biopsy done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
