What Does A Blood Clot On Tail Bone After A Fracture Indicate?

I have a recent, 4 weeks ago, tailbone fracture from a fall off a stool with a round top. the weld had broken. I went straight to the floor after it broke and the rounded stool was in 2 pieces. I HAVE NOW DEVELOPED A BLOOD CLOT and started treatment yesterday. COULD THIS FALL BE THE CAUSE OR ASSOCIATED TO THIS BLOOD CLOT that I HAVE NOW . I had no pain or symptoms previously .
