What Does A Blue Ring Around The Penile Head Indicate?
my husband just showed me today that he has a blue ring around the base of the head of his penis, also the two thumb nails, and his two big toes are bluish. this is all new for all three things to be blue. he previously had a four by-pass surgery almost 3 years ago. can you pls help us?

Thumbnails and big toenails discolouration can be part of peripheral vascular insufficiency, but the penile head blue ring can be from compression around the penile base or else.
You must take him to ER without delay, just call 911, please.
