What Does A Brownish-red Mole On Back Of The Palate Indicate?

I have a brownish-red mole and a few other moles around it on the back of my palate. I don t think it was there before. There is also a yellOw spot in front of it. I m scared it might be oral cancer. I m unsure and I m only 15. If you email me I can send a picture of it. Please help.

Hi.
As per your case history you are probably having oral lichen planus.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid spicy foods and excessive salty diet.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like triamcinolone twice a day.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid, levamisole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
