What Does A Bruise On Hip Bone Indicate?

Hi, wondering if you could help! I m a 24, fit and healthy female. A bruise suddenly appeared along my hip bone on my abdoman accompanied by a marble like lump but it does not stick out from my body. It is tender to touch, and is accompanies by a slight nagging pain. Thank you!

Well come to HCM
Chances od lipoma may be likely, some time this may be inflamed and painful, second this may be sebaceous cysts, if this is sudden onset then may be multiple lymph nodes, condition need to be differentiate and for that clinical examination is must and this is the way to diagnose the skin lesions, till then this can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day" some times this would be fine with no more complications, else you have to go for clinical examination, take care.
