What Does A Bruised Accessory Navicular Bone Indicate?

Hi I have very flat feet and feet tcat go inwords. I also have lower back and upper back provlems. I relized that today my assesry navicular bone. I got a X-ray a while ago to confirm it. I wear insterts custom. Anyway I notice that my assesry navicular bone look bruised today also above the bone I can feel kind of like a line. My extra bone has also been very tender to touch. My bone also look very bruised and red around it and it hurts u see the bone and pretty much everywhere around my bone. Thank you
