Hi,

The disease you got may be Schamberg disease most probably. It is a form of capillaritis means inflammation in capillaries of the skin. It is also called progressive pigmented purpuric dermatosis. Initially the spots are reddish brown followed by dark black colour of the spots.

It commonly occurs on foot near ankle and spreads to leg gradually. The cause may be long time standing position. Avoid to stand for long time. Keep the legs elevated while sleeping. Apply thrombophob oint combined with steroid cream on the spots. Take tab vitamin C and tab vitamin K for long time.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
