What Does A Bruised Vein Across The Top Of The Left Nipple Indicate?

I have what looks like a bruised vein going across the top of my left nipple. It s definitely not just a bruise. This is the fourth day that it s been there. It s mostly bluish in colour but I can see a small purple colour in the centre. I am a healthy 28 year old, not pregnant, no history of cancer within family. Don t smoke. Currently overseas so can t see a doctor but will as soon as I get back home. Thank you
