What Does A Bulky Uterus In This USS Mean?

Hi. I went for a scan and there is the result saying: USS shows a bulky uterus with AP diameterof 7.0cm. The myometrium is expanded bysolid tissue mass with mixed echo texture and AP diameter of 2.3cm intramural in the lower posterior wall. There is a gestational sac without anyfetal echo for now in the mid cavity. Adnexa are bilaterally free. Pouch of douglas is empty. No free pelvis collection was sighted. No cyst
