What Does A Bulky Uterus Mean And What Are The Conception Chances?

Hello, I had a pelvic ultrasound yesterday and when I picked up the results today it says that my uterus is bulky, axail & midline. It measures 121x41x54mm. Myometrium is homogeneous. The endometrium is smoothly outlined measures approx. 13mm in AP diameter. Its cavity appears empty. Axial orientation hampers US assessment.

CONCLUSION: Axial uterus is bulky. Endometrium is not optimally visualised with ultrasound due to the axial orientation but appears plump for day 14.

Can you tell me what this all means? We are trying to conceive, is this going to render our chances?? Regards, Deborah
