What Does A Bulky Uterus With An Intramural Fibroid Mean?

Hi,
Recently I found an intramural fibroid (6cm) in my uterus through ultrasound scan.
Report : Bulky uterus found with 6cm fibroid in anterior wall of uterus near the fundus which is impinging on endometrial cavity.
What does it mean? Now I am planning for pregnancy. Is this fibroid makes any difficulty in conceiving?
Please help...
