hi! doctor, i am joy and 1 am 37 years. I went for scanning and i the result says uterus bulky in size and anteverted. cavity is empty, normal endometrial thickness. There are multiple myoma nodules clustered fundally. The most prominent measures 3.1*3.1cm. I have not seen my period for six weeks 5 days
