What Does A Bump Between The Vagina And Anus Indicate?

Hi, I have a bump type of thing between my vagina and my anus. It s more kind of long rather than round. it s kind small. Like maybe he size of a tic tac but a bit bigger. I m concerned. What could it be? It has no color. I ve been looking things up and I can t directly see pus or anything inside. I m very concerned

The bump may be a harmless skin tag or lipoma. a Punch biopsy by a skilled surgeon will confirm the diagnosis.
