What Does A Bump On The Hip Indicate?

over the last month, I ve noticed a bump on my hip that seems to be close to the skin. It wasn t painful at 1st but it seems to be getting closer to the skin and started to cause mild discomfort when rubbed wrong. It looked like it was peaking something brown the size of a pin head. I just was able to essentially squeeze it out with no puss and very little blood. It s mainly tan/ yellow with brown at the end that came out 1st. What is this and what caused it?
