What Does A Bump On The Inside Of Labia Indicate?

I have a bump on the inside of my labia. It randomly showed up. It only hurts when i touch it. It's hard like a ball and when i squeeze it... Not trying to pop it im to scared but it feel's like liquid in it. It's red, and swollen, and is getting bigger. What could it be?

Hi

Bumps or swelling on the labia could be to minor infections or cyst or due to pus filled abscess.Vaginal infections should also be ruled out.

Antibiotic course of five to seven days may be required to reduce the infection.Large abscess may need to be drained.

Do not pop the swelling since it may spread the infection.Maintenance of vaginal hygiene is essential.
