What Does A Bump On The Upper Lip Indicate?

I have this slightly raised bump on my top lip that is flesh color s and looks like something is oozing out when it's greased up but nothing comes out . And my lower lip has this pale spot that disappears when stretched. It all seem to have happened after I received stitches in my top lip for a mouth injury around December . It doesn't hurt bleed or itch I was told I had dilated sebaceous glands

Yes, it can be a hypertrophied sebaceous gland and it is not a painful condition as well as harmless so do not worry about it.
You can try doing warm compresses over it and see if it gets reduced in size..
But in case if there is no improvement and you want to get it removed you need to get it done with lasers..
The pale spot on lower lip can also be probably sebaceous gland oy and same treatment has to be followed..
