Hu, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cyst in the ovary can be benign or malignant condition. The nature and appearance of the cyst on ultrasound, and the value of the blood CA-125 levels can predict whether it is benign or malignant. furTfurther management should be done accordingly. Such a small cyst usually do not cause pressure symptoms on the urinary bladder. There can be associated urinary tract infection also. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly treated. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti Verma
