What Does A Cyst On The Arch Of The Foot Indicate?

I went to a foot doctor to have him look at what appears to be either a calcium build up or cyst looking thing on the arch of my foot. No Pain whatsoever. I discovered it putting lotion on my foot a few weeks ago. He said it was Planter something , but he didn t say Planter Fascitis. He called it something else.
