Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having cervical cyst. This can be a Lymphnode or sebaceous cyst or dermoid cyst or mucus cyst. Usually they are painless. They become painful only when they are infected. So possibility of infection is high for your pain in cyst. So consult doctor and get done clinical examination. You will need antibiotics. Once this infection is over, please get it removed so that recurrent infection is prevented.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
