What Does A Dark Raised Spot On The Tongue Tip Indicate?

I have a small dark somewhat raised spot on the tip of my tongue. I had an oral surgeon look at it a few years ago and he did not think it was anything at the time. Do you think I need to go back to have it reevaluated? At the time, it was flat vs. now it is a little bit raised.

Since you are telling that the spot is changing in its size and increasing ,it is better to get a reevaluation from an oral surgeon , and get the needful assessment.
