Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a slight dent on the right hand side of my penis, under the helmet. The tissue here is slightly tougher than on any other area of tissue under the helmet. What has changed aside this disformity? Syphilis? I’m a virgin but yesterday I came into contact with somebody with very dirty hands. Perhaps they passed syphilis to me through dirt on their hands and the tiny cut on my finger. But, symptoms for syphilis take longer than a day to show. So; why does m penis have this dent? Also, I had a precautionary hiv blood test on the same day. The results were negative but on the day, after the test, there was a smal dot on my penis that wasn’t there before. A tiny dot. The next day it was gone. What was it. 2 questions here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* As per my clinical experience, the issue seems to be related to skin or subcutaneous tissue inflammation, rather than an STD.
* Still if there is presence of dent at present, I would like to evaluate it in depth with a photo picture of the same to evaluate it precisely.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
