What Does A Discharge Upon Squeezing The Skin Around The Nipples Indicate?

Greetings, I am a 47 year old whit male and when I squeeze the skin around my nipples areola small amounts of a Puss like substance comes out. I don t have any swelling, redness tenderness or pain. This happens pretty regularly, I am not sure what i should do. If you can please offer any advise i d appreciate it. Thank you, Steven
