What Does A Firm Bump On Forehead Suggest?

I have a bump on my forehead that developed yesterday evening after a run outdoors. It does not itch, does not appear to have a bite site, does not hurt, is somewhat firm, and is warm to the touch. It is located from the hairline to above the brow and is about 3 inches at its widest point. What is it and do I need to seek immediate medical attention?

I really appreciate your concern, keep this swelling under the observation for any changes but it would be fine on its own because this may be nonspecific one, still insect bite need to be ruled out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
