What Does A Follicle Size Of 18.5mm Indicate?

i am 34 years on day 10th the follicle size is 18.5mm in right ovary i take two injection for ruptture in the same day, then i make US in day 14th the follicle not rupture an it size became 23mm,then i take another two injection for rupture in the same day, then i make US in day 15th the follicle not rupture an it size became 25mm. i asked you if there ahope for rupture or this follicle will become cystic ova. and is there achance for prenancy this month?

in my clinic I would have given inj sifasi 10000im stat..fr rupture...but in dis cycle if If didn't. ..try dis in another cycle...
