What Does A Gene Test Indicating A Duplicate 3 17q12 Mean ?
Im trying to find more information about my daughter, they did a gene test and it shows she has a duplicate 3 17q12, does anyone understand what 17q12 is, there is so much and they all say a differant . im looking to find more information on gene 17q12, we just found out she a 3 douplicates, and dont know what to look for, to help undersatan what this is.

17 q 12 is the location of the gene which is present in duplicate in your daughter. Sometimes it happens that some other gene is missing because of the duplicate gene. The symptoms will depend on the characters that are expressed by this gene.
