What Does A Growth Behind The Eardrum Indicate?

Hi, my son is 27 years old. He had surgery 3 weeks ago. The surgery was in his ear, a growth behind the ear drum had developed from a long lasting ear infection. It had spread to the facial and tongue nerves. He had dizziness before surgery and we hoped it would go away but it hasn t. Our surgeon said that s all she can do so we went to a medical doctor and we are now going to a neurologist. He has anxiety issues as well... He has dizziness, tingling hands, side vision blurriness, sleeping problems. It is so bad that he still can t return to work.
