What Does A Hard And Lumpy Vein Protruding From Armpit Indicate?

Hello, I have the symptoms of AWS, (Axillary web syndrome) come from my left armpit. Yet I have not undergone any surgery or breast cancer diagnosis. What else could cause the symptoms of a hard, wiry vein protruding from my armpit with lumpy, pebble-like lumps at the base of my armpit?

Hi. It could most likely be lymph node swellings in the axilla. You should see your Doctor who can tell you the cause of the swelling or may order some tests like FNAC to know what is causing the swelling. Without the test it would be quite difficultto say what is causing the swelling. The test is done by poking a very small needle into the lump and extracting some cells to see them under the microscope. Take care.
