What Does A Hard Lump In The Groin Area Indicate?

I have had a hard lump by the crease between my leg and my vagina and the area around it is blue and red, no hair has grown back in over a month, the lump has been there for a month too. I dont have health insurance so trying to figure out what it could be and what i need to do for it.
