hi

Welcome to Heathcare magic forum

Looks like you are having a sebaceous cyst
A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac under the skin filled with a cheese-like or oily material.
Sebaceouscysts most often arise from swollen hair follicles.
Skin trauma can also induce a cyst to form.
These cysts are usually found on the face, neck, and trunk, although they can occur on any hairy areas.
They are usually slow- growing, painless, freely movable lumps beneath the skin. Occasionally, however, a cyst will become inflamed and tender and cause pain.
The black dot that you see over the lesion is the punctum present over the sebaceous cyst from which occasional discharge can occur
Usually Sebaceous cyst can be left on its own .
A course of oral antibiotics is required if they are tender and swollen
But if it continues to cause problem, then you need to consult a Surgeon or a dermatologist for its removal

Hope it helps
Best wishes for a speedy recovery
