What Does A Hard Spot On The Penis Indicate?
Hello. I have what I can only describe as a hard, seed-like thing on my penis. It resembles a sesame seed in shape and size. It s on the upper-middle of the underside of my penis, and it is inside the skin of my penis. It is not painful, and I ve had no problems with it. What is it? What should I do about it? Should I be worried?

From your description it's probably a Fordyce spot--a benign cyst--or it may be a common wart.
