What Does A Heavy ,thick And White Vaginal Discharge Imply?

Hi, right after having a period I know there s a normal discharge but i noticed mine was more than usual. It was a more thicker, white and a little clumpy discharge, no odor or anything like that, that im aware of. Then, a few days later it becomes really sore in the whole area down there, and its worse when I wipe (also red and swollen) So, I decided to take a look for myself and I notice a small red bump or a few, kind of hard to tell directly on the vaginal opening, and when I press on it, it does hurt but more so like a sore/pressure pain. I m going to get a screening done next week but I m just curious as to what it could be before I go? I ve down my research and everything on different STDs but I wanted an experts opinion on the whole thing to prepare myself. Any ideas on what it could be?
