What Does A Hole In The Armpit Indicate?

hi. i just noticed today that i have a hole in my armpit. i don t know how this came to be but it s not because of any pimple of some sort. there seems to be something inside the hole that feels like a bean, and it s a grey-ish color. https://www.askthedoctor.com/questions_images/hello-ive-a-hole-in-my-arm-pit-img-1.jpg the hole looks like that except there s something inside it. should i be concerned? thank you.
