What Does A Hole In The Groin Area Indicate?

I seem to have developed a hole in my groin area that seeps out. Smaller than dime, but could likely fit a pen or pencil in. It doesn t seem pussie, but it does appear bleeding a bit, as the liquid is a pinkish color. Sometimes, it appears the hole closes up, but then will open again, few days later or few weeks later. Any ideas please.
