What Does A Hole In The Knee Indicate?

I have lupus and 1 1/2 years ago I fell and no one can fix the hole about 3 inches round. hole is under knee. So I have been to 8 doctors no one knows what to do. It will not heal back together. I am using 2 pain tablets 3 times a day and the a patch on back. Do you have a sugestion. This Terri
