What Does A Hole On The Shaft Of The Penis Indicate?

I have a hole through the surface of the shaft of my penis. It resembles a piercing. In fact I can stick a needle through it. It has just formed but I have always had one now I have two. It has created basically a tuft of skin where there shouldn t be one. Any assistance please

probing is to be done if opening is to urethra it is due to urethritis. get it examined by surgeon for local examination and proper diagnosis hiv test can be done. course of antibiotic like inj penidure la 12 im can be given weekly for two months. proper dressing and probing with antiseptic measure can be taken
