Hi I have a brown spot on my leg that is really itchy, when I first noticed it I thought it was caused by scabies but i was treated for scabies a week before, I had noticed the spot was turning into a patch . I ve had it for about a month now and it seems to be getting worse, water liquid seems to leak out when I scratch . Please help!

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be irritant or allergic contact dermatitis most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

I would recommend you to apply mild steroid cream on the lesion. And take antihistaminic and oral steroid in tapering dose. Avoid the contact with suspected allergens or Irritans.

Hope this helps.
