What Does A Large Lump On The Penis Indicate?

Hello. Two weeks ago I noticed a large bump on the shaft of my penis. It got smaller and smaller over the next 5 days, it appeared it was going away, however it never completely did. Yesterday it is now large again, back to the size it was 2 weeks ago. It is A pimple like bump. Not painful. Im worried this is primary syphillis. I have had sex with multiple partners, but I used a condom every time. I have recieved oral with no condom. I have gotten a pimple on my penis before i became sexually active, but it was much smaller. I will try to attach a picture. What does it sound like to you? If it sounds like syphillis, will clinicians treat righ away or require a confirmatory test? The cost will all be on me so i hope they will just treat.

it is difficult to comment on it without examination, so i would request you to upload the pictures of it in premium question panel or get it checked by the local doctor.
Warts are first things that come to my mind with bumps on the penis. These are more likely. In such a case you should see a Dermatologist to fix them up.
