What Does A Line Of Pimples On Chest Indicate?

I have a line of what appears to be pimples on my chest, directly in between my breasts. They vary in size and at times can be very painful. When I rub my fingers across them they send out a foul odour. When I pop them, the area gets very red and they leave very dark scars, as well as when the white stuff comes out of them they leave fairly big holes. What are they and what can I do to get rid of them?

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is furunculosis which is an infection of the hair follicle. It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin. You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. A short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might also help. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
