What Does A Lummp In Stomach Along With Heavy Menstruation Indicate?

i have been having sex often for the past year with my bf unprotected and he always ejaculate in me but my periods have been tricky since then very irregula.last month i got a really bad cramp on the right side of my stomach went to a local doctor he just sent me home with pain killers never took them the pain never came back but i reacently start feeling a lump or something hard on my right side of my stomach that same month my periods was missed but came a week after which was the 7th of this month my perios came watery and heavy every month i get pregnacy symtoms but the my periods shows up am very much confuse can you please help me.

It seems to me like you have a hormonal imbalance and so I would indeed recommend a visit to your doctor for further evaluation. Conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome are very common in your age group and need to be ruled out adequately after evaluation.
