What Does A Lump Above The Navel Indicate?

Two days ago I had a soft, visible mass form above my naval in conjunction with constipation. I am also very tired after losing my second mate in my home last April 29th. During this time I was drinking alot of wine. Around 2010 I had a bout of congestive heart failure and kidney failure. I am 65 and retired early after the heart issue from teaching sixth-grade inner city.
