What Does A Lump At The Bottom Of Sternum Indicate?
I have a hard lump at the bottom left of my sternum just below the last rib. That area has been tender for years but now there is a lump which is tender when rubbed and also uncomortable when I breath in. I have also become aware that my breathing is restricted slightly (I am able to still run ) at first Ithought it was asthma but I do not have the weezing and my normal inhalers do not ease it. A nurse I saw thought I had a mild chest infection I was prescribed Amoxcillin for 7 days but now 2 weeks on it is the same.
