What Does A Lump Behind Head Indicate?

Hi. I have a bony lump at the back of my head. Same position as a nose, just at the back of the head. The thing is, it apeared a month ago. It hurts, but just a little if i press it. But at the same time the lump appeared i started having truble sleeping. Actualy when i lie down i get high pressure in my ears (been to the doctor about this, he didn t find anything), that i cant get rid off and my throat feels swolen. Also every few days my lymph nodes behind the ears swell but they go away just as they came. I have been to a doctor for all these symptoms except for the bump, but he said it was just stress. I am still waiting for my blood results for infection and thyroid. I am stressed a lot lately because of work, but i d rather be sure about my problem. I would just like to know if i should be concerned or not.

Well come to HCM
You have already being examined by the Doctor and they found no specific lesion there, clinical examination is said to be best part of diagnosis when this is unremarkable then this could be some kind of hallucination, try to be positive, and practical, come out the stress conditions, and everything would be fine, take care.
