What Does A Lump Between The Navel And Sternum Indicate?
I thought my doctor told me a had a diaphragmatic hernia, but after looking that up, he must have said something else. So while I wait for his response, I decided to try this site. I am a 61 year old male and noticed a bugle in the center of my body between my navel and sternum when I do sit-ups or planking.
