What Does A Lump In The Armpit Indicate?

Hi, I have a large lump In my left armpit, (keep in mind I am a hypochondriac and I worry about severe illness) it’s like a horizontal line across my armpit and it’s very tender and sore. It’s hard to move my arm. I also have a very slight sore throat, but nothing major. My shoulder on the side of the lump is also sore but nothing super major. And I also had the same sort of lump on my right armpit but it went away with short time. I am severally worried about what could be wrong. Thank you. Also I’ve never had any sort of severe illness
