What Does A Lump In The Knee Indicate?

Hi, about three months ago I found a very small lump in my knee that I could move around, as time went by more kept appearing I had around 8 before today I actually felt one appear, I bent my knee and I felt a painful click so I stretched my leg out again resulting in a more painful pop then I found a ninth, they all vary in size. They make my knee stiff and uncomfortable, whathe should I do?

As per your history is concerned please follow-:
1)Do a full blood count with differential(If normal go to next step)
2)Do a knee X-ray and check physical signs by your local orthopedic doctor as it is moving it is not from bone .
